Responsibilities:

Assisting Service Advisors with checking in customers and their vehicles. Help customers setting appointments, verify parts for appointment and reminder calls. Managing our CX Experience program from ford for Pick-up, Delivery and Remote Service. Various other responsibilities to assist service advisors in providing an excellent customer experience.
