Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Inventory Manager/Lot Attendant, where you'll be at the forefront of vehicle and inventory management, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and staff alike. This energetic role combines hands-on lot organization, customer service excellence, and efficient inventory control. You'll play a vital part in maintaining a well-organized lot, assisting with vehicle logistics, and delivering outstanding guest services in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Duties Manage the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot, ensuring all vehicles are properly parked and accessible. Assist with vehicle arrivals, departures, and transfers, including driving vehicles within the lot using manual transmission when needed. Move sold vehicles to prep areas and pull new ones to the front line. Conduct inventory counts and update records accurately using retail math skills to ensure stock levels are maintained. Take photographs of inventory and update the online catalog. Support delivery drivers by assisting with vehicle deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely and safe transportation. Wash, vacuum, and detail the interior and exterior of incoming inventory. Maintain clear communication with team members regarding vehicle status, lot conditions, and customer needs. Skills Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication skills to engage customers professionally Experience in hospitality or retail environments demonstrating customer-focused service skills Valid driver's license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles; familiarity with dealership or delivery driver experience is a plus Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and providing clear updates on lot activities This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier service while managing essential inventory operations.
