Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with vehicle parking, retrieval, and departure processes. Operate various laundry and garment care machines, including commercial-grade dryers, pressing machines, tunnel washers, barrier washers, and conveyor dryers, following all safety procedures. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, dry cleaning, ironing, folding, labeling, and stain removal using mechanical stain removal tools and specialized techniques like bleach washing, baking soda stain removal, hot water stain removal, cold water stain removal, and steam cleaning. Manage inventory tracking of laundry supplies and maintain an organized workspace to ensure efficient operations. Perform cashiering duties accurately processing payments and providing excellent customer service throughout the guest interaction. Push carts for transporting laundry loads or guest belongings safely and efficiently. Operate garment care machines with precision while adhering to safety standards to prevent accidents or damage. Qualifications Prior experience operating laundry equipment such as pressing machines, tunnel dryers, stackable dryers, or garment care machines is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong knowledge of fabric care techniques including stain removal (mechanical or chemical), laundry washing methods, and fabric preservation. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to follow detailed safety procedures when operating machinery such as machine operation safety protocols and barrier washer operation. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks like pushing carts or handling laundry loads.
