Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, upbeat greeter to work at a medical facility in the Schenectady, NY area. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Greet all incoming patients, visitors, and staff with a warm welcome Provide Directions to Hospital Facilities, referencing a directory Limited patient transport responsibilities Call for transportation services as needed Call for interpreter services as needed Be an outstanding first and last impression of every visitor Customer service experience and good references from previous employers will be required. A neat appearance and outstanding attitude will be required. A portion of your shift will involve being OUTSIDE and on your feet for the duration of your shift. You must be prepared to come to work with a smile and a good attitude each morning. Hours will be morning hours 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday-Friday. Full-time with the potential for overtime.
