Job Description

Automotive Service PorterBMW of Akron BMW of Akron is seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Service Porter to join our service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working around premium vehicles, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist service customers upon arrival. Move, park, and organize customer and dealership vehicles safely. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the service drive and dealership grounds. Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle transportation needs. Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery. Shuttle customers as needed. Perform general lot maintenance and support daily dealership operations. Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive manual transmission preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
