Role:

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Valet to join our Import service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and efficient experience. You will manage vehicle flow in the service drive, handle loaner vehicles, and assist our service department in maintaining a high standard of customer care.

What You'll Do:

Greet & Assist:

Welcome customers upon arrival and facilitate a smooth service check-in process.

Vehicle Management:

Safely park, retrieve, and organize vehicles.

Service Support:

Prepare vehicles post-service (fueling, washing, and paperwork) and inspect loaner vehicles upon return.

Maintain Standards:

Ensure the service drive and lot remain clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards.

What We're Looking For:

Driving Skills:

Valid driver's license and meet motor vehicle report standards. The ability to drive a manual transmission preferred.

Customer Focus:

A friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills.

Environment:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy service environment.

Reliability:
