Full-time Job Summary Southwest Honda, GMC & Buick is seeking a dependable, hardworking Automotive Detailer/Lot Porter to join our dealership team in Lawton, Oklahoma. This position is responsible for keeping our new and used vehicles clean, organized, and ready for customers. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment. Job Responsibilities Wash, vacuum, clean, and detail new and used vehicles Prepare vehicles for customer delivery and dealership display Clean vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, dashboards, windows, etc. Wash and dry vehicle exteriors, clean wheels, and apply tire dressing Wax, polish, and buff vehicles when needed Remove stickers, protective coverings, and dealership transportation materials Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet dealership standards Move vehicles safely around the dealership lot and service areas Retrieve vehicles for customers, sales staff, and service personnel Check vehicles for cleanliness, low fuel, or other concerns Assist with dealership lot maintenance and general property cleanliness Help remove trash, debris, and unnecessary items from vehicles and work areas Maintain detailing equipment, supplies, and workspaces Notify management when detailing products or supplies need to be reordered Assist with dealership errands, vehicle transportation, and other duties as assigned Follow all dealership safety procedures and vehicle-handling policies Qualifications Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Dependable transportation and consistent attendance Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods Previous automotive detailing or dealership experience is preferred but not required Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening What We Offer Competitive pay Full-time employment On-the-job training Supportive dealership team environment Opportunities for advancement Employee vehicle purchase opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees Paid time off for eligible employees
