The Service Drive Attendant plays an essential role in providing a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience for customers visiting the Service Department. This position supports Service Advisors by managing the vehicle flow in the service drive, assisting customers during check-in and pickup, and maintaining a clean, professional environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive and assist with vehicle intake. Safely move customer vehicles to and from designated service or parking areas. Perform light vehicle inspections such as checking mileage, VIN, and vehicle condition. Maintain an orderly flow of traffic in the service drive to ensure a smooth customer experience. Keep the service drive and customer waiting areas clean and organized. Assist Service Advisors with paperwork, key management, and customer coordination. Retrieve vehicles for customers upon service completion and assist with their departure. Monitor lot organization and communicate with advisors and porters regarding vehicle status. Provide exceptional customer service and represent Knight Automotive Group professionally at all times. Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Prior automotive or customer service experience a plus.
