As a Valet Attendant , you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences from the moment guests arrive until the moment they depart. If you enjoy staying active, helping people, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to have you on our team. What You'll Be Doing Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure Deliver guest requests such as linens, laundry, newspapers, and other amenities Provide directions, recommendations, and information about the hotel and local area Complete transportation and vehicle documentation accurately Monitor vehicle conditions and report maintenance needs Maintain clean and welcoming lobby, entrance, and exterior areas Assist with seasonal duties including snow removal, sweeping, and trash collection Support other departments as needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience What We're Looking For High School diploma or equivalent preferred Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt standards preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with the ability to manage keys, vehicles, and guest requests accurately Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs throughout the shift Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays What Makes You a Great Fit Passion for people and service Positive attitude and team-first mentality Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a physically active role Dependable, energetic, and guest-focused Amazing Benefits At A Glance $13
