This position is responsible for safely loading vehicles into the wash tunnel, actively promoting wash upgrades and services, and performing high-quality wipe down and drying services to ensure every customer leaves satisfied. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role that combines safety, teamwork, physical activity, and sales. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Greet every customer promptly with a professional and friendly attitude Clearly explain wash packages, full service and express detail options, memberships, and upgrades Recommend additional services such as express detail packages to maximize ticket value Confidently ask for the sale and meet individual and team sales goals Resolve customer questions or concerns courteously and professionally Vehicle Loading, Pre-Spraying, Prepping, & Safety Safely guide vehicles onto the conveyor/tunnel system Provide clear hand signals and verbal instructions to drivers Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and confirm selected services Pre-spray vehicles to remove heavy dirt, bugs, and debris prior to entering the tunnel Pressure wash vehicles according to Washman procedures Follow all safety protocols around moving vehicles and equipment Maintain constant awareness of surroundings to ensure customer and team safety Wipe Down & Drying Services Thoroughly wipe and hand-dry vehicle exteriors and windows after wash cycle Perform final quality inspection to ensure vehicles meet Washman standards Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Team & Operational Support Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with vacuum, cashier, and detail teams Assist in other areas of the wash as business needs require Follow all company policies and procedures Physical & Work Environment Requirements Continuous standing, bending, and repetitive motion Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, varying weather conditions, and loud noises Work performed around moving vehicles and mechanical equipment Schedule & Availability Any 5 days out of the week (weekends are mandatory) Available as early as 9:00AM and stay as late as 9:30PM.
