Guest Services Summary of Position:
Responsible for assisting guests in a friendly and efficient manner in Company's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
Responsibilities:
Manage the incoming valet vehicles. This will include radio communication with security to hold cars in the waiting area or releasing cars from the waiting area to the valet lane. Greeting guests with a warm and friendly personality. Offering to help with wheelchairs or walkers. Explaining the valet procedure including cost of valet services, directions inside the hospital and how to retrieve their vehicle when leaving. Entering all vehicle information into the Flash Valet system. This includes taking pictures of vehicle damage. Understand Company's management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas Actively participate in creating a positive work environment, promoting team work Other duties per Duties Checklist and as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Excellent customer service and people skills Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts, outside in rain, snow, and heat. Be able to work independently with little or no supervision Strong communication and interpersonal skills - must be able to read, write and speak English Must be able to meet and/or exceed customer expectations Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people and will involve frequent bending, twisting, squatting and lifting up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally Hourly rate of pay $13.00
Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
