Final Grade Excavation is looking for a dependable and motivated Part-Time Shop Helper to join our team. This is a hands-on position that will assist with day-to-day shop operations, vehicle and equipment upkeep, and general company needs. Hours (can vary) Monday 3PM-6PM Tuesday 3PM-6PM Wednesday 3PM-6PM Thursday 3PM-6PM Friday 3PM-6PM Saturday 8AM-2PM Job Responsibilities Pick up and deliver parts, materials, and supplies as needed Drive company vehicles for parts runs and other business-related tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop Clean and wash company vehicles and equipment Assist with basic maintenance and general shop duties Help organize tools, parts, and shop materials Assist field crews and shop personnel as needed Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable driving record Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Self-motivated and able to work independently Organized and able to prioritize tasks Comfortable working in a hands-on environment Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed Previous construction, excavation, automotive, or shop experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Part-time — Schedule and hours to be discussed during the interview. Pay:
