Pro Shop Attendant

Overview We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused team member to join our staff as a Pro Shop / Outside Service Attendant . This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines training and responsibilities across the golf operation, including pro shop services, outside services, and on-course ranger duties. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and enjoys working both indoors and outdoors while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Guest Services & Outside Operations Greet every arriving guest immediately in the parking lot with a warm and professional welcome Retrieve clubs, load carts, and assist guests with unloading and loading bags Stage, clean, and maintain golf carts throughout the day; ensure carts are fully fueled and in excellent condition Run carts for arriving players quickly and safely Keep bag drop and cart staging areas organized and spotless Ensure sand bottles are filled and ready for play Monitor and maintain cleanliness of practice areas, including the practice green Ensure all outside trash receptacles are emptied and not overflowing Provide guests with directions, course information, and general assistance Pro Shop Operations Greet golfers enthusiastically; check in players and collect green/cart fees Manage tee times, point-of-sale transactions, and merchandise sales Assist with golf shop inventory and maintain merchandise displays and overall shop cleanliness Provide accurate information and respond to customer inquiries Support tournament operations, including setup, scorecards, and event materials Follow all opening and closing procedures Team Support & Closing Duties Cross-train and assist both Pro Shop and Outside Service teams during busy periods Perform end-of-day duties including cleaning carts, returning keys, and securing the facility Additional Expectations This position is designed to provide a well-rounded experience across all areas of golf operations, including pro shop, bag staff, and ranger responsibilities . Team members should be adaptable and willing to take on a variety of tasks. Duties may evolve daily, and staff are expected to assist with whatever is needed to support the operation, as directed by the Head Golf Professional .
