Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the organization, presentation, and maintenance of new and used vehicle inventory across the dealership lot. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who takes pride in their work, thrives in an outdoor environment, and is committed to ensuring the dealership grounds consistently reflect our standard of excellence. What We're Looking For Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Positive attitude, sound judgment, and unwavering honesty and integrity Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions for much of each shift Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to team success Professional appearance and demeanor Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of incoming vehicle deliveries to verify the presence of all standard equipment and confirm vehicles are free of damage Coordinate the strategic arrangement and presentation of new and used vehicle inventory to maximize visual appeal and customer accessibility Relocate vehicles as directed by management to maintain orderly rows, fill inventory gaps, and facilitate efficient service department operations Perform routine vehicle checks, including periodic starting, verifying vehicles are locked and undamaged, and ensuring adequate fuel levels Apply certified stickers, sale flags, and promotional materials to vehicles as directed Transport vehicles to and from off-site locations as required Stage vehicles from inventory for customer delivery and pick-up Maintain lot cleanliness by removing debris and disposing of waste in designated receptacles Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Valid Driver's License (required) Clean driving record in accordance with dealership standards (required) Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (required) High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen (required) Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, sleet, snow, hail, and excessive heat Why Join Brown-Daub?
