Job Description
Service Department Lot Attendant The Service Department Lot Attendant is responsible for washing, cleaning, parking, and maintaining customer and dealership vehicles. Lot Attendants are also expected to ensure that all vehicles are properly prepared and presented for customer redelivery. Duties and Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Thoroughly clean, polish, and wax automobiles. Perform interior cleaning and detailing of vehicles. Ensure vehicles are properly prepared and presentable for customer redelivery. Retrieve customer vehicles at the time of pickup. Transport customers when necessary. Park and organize customer and dealership vehicles in designated areas. Maintain an orderly, clean, and presentable dealership lot and facility. Follow all safety procedures when operating vehicles and performing job duties. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Management Team. Qualification Requirements Must be legally and technically capable of safely operating company and customer vehicles. Must meet the requirements to be insured under the company's automobile insurance policy. Must be at least 18 years of age. Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous automotive, detailing, or dealership experience is a plus but not required. Skills & Knowledge Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to safely operate both company and customer vehicles. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, professional appearance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, responsible, and customer-service oriented.
