We're committed to delivering a top-tier experience for our members and the greater community. Position Overview We are seeking motivated, customer-focused Fitness Center Attendants to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fitness, enjoy working with the public, and take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist members, including new member sign-ups and account management Monitor the fitness center floor to ensure a safe and positive environment Perform general cleaning and routine maintenance of fitness equipment and facility Address member questions, concerns, and requests in a professional manner Complete additional duties as assigned by management Schedule Primary shifts: Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM-10:00 PM Weekend shifts available for those interested in additional hours Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Prior experience in fitness, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not required Compensation $13.00-$16.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
