Make every interaction matter. As a Hospitality Associate - Driver, you help bring the Towne experience to life. Whether parking vehicles, assisting with luggage, or supporting guests, patients, and visitors, you create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences through safe, professional, and hospitality-focused service. This posting represents multiple Hospitality Associate - Driver opportunities across Towne locations. Specific responsibilities may vary by site, client, and assignment. What You'll Do Safely park , retrieve, and inspect vehicles Create positive first and last impressions Deliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitality Welcome and a ssist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, wayfinding, and service-related needs Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards Maintain organized work areas and complete documentation accurately What Makes You a Great Fit Outstanding customer service and communication skills Reliable, professional, and calm in fast paced environments Works well independently and as part of a team Able to work evenings and/or weekends Driv ing Requirements Valid driver's license with an a cceptable Motor Vehicle Record Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (when applicable)
Compensation:
Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other business-related factors. The hourly base pay range for this position is $13.50-$15.50 per hour plus tips. Our associates enjoy competitive pay, paid training, career growth opportunities, health benefits, retirement savings programs, employee assistance programs, and recognition programs . Eligibility requirements depend on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Benefits are subject to change and may be governed by specific plan or program terms. Seasonal and temporary positions are not eligible for the benefits outlined above. Physical Requirements This position regularly requires the ability to: Stand and walk for extended periods Bend, stoop, kneel and reach Lift up to 50 pounds Push and pull carts, wheelchairs and luggage Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions while entering and exiting vehicles repeatedly throughout the day Reasonable accommodation may be provided for qualified individuals with disabilities
