Full-Time Position Summary Cumberland Kia is seeking a dependable and motivated Lot Porter to help maintain the appearance and organization of our dealership. This position plays an important role in creating a great first impression for our customers by ensuring our inventory is clean, organized, and ready for display. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Organize and maintain new and pre-owned vehicle inventory on the lot. Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership property. Wash, fuel, and prepare vehicles for customer deliveries. Ensure vehicles are properly merchandised and displayed. Assist with dealer trades and vehicle transfers. Maintain a clean and professional appearance throughout the dealership. Perform general lot maintenance and assist other departments as needed. Follow all dealership safety procedures and driving policies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods. Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
