Compensation:

$15 - $15.50 hourly

Responsibilities:

Respond to guest requests and perform other duties as assigned such as taking dry cleaning, delivering room service, and checking luggage for storage Attend to guests when they arrive and leave the hotel Assist with guest luggage and carry items to their room on bell carts in a safe and professional manner Keep the bell desk neat and tidy at all times Ensure no guest is left unattended by supporting the front desk staff with check-in and service requests Guest Services Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor Assist guests with luggage to and from guest rooms Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions Escort guests to rooms and explain room features when needed Valet Services Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly Maintain accurate records of vehicle information and keys Ensure vehicles are handled with care and according to company standards Monitor the valet area to ensure safety and organization Operations Support Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and valet areas Assist front desk and concierge teams as needed Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary Valet guests cars

Qualifications:

1 year of previous experience as a bell attendant, concierge, or similar position in customer service Ability to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods A high school diploma or equivalent such as a GED is required Flexible work schedule with availability to work on weekends and holidays Applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure Must be able to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
