Full Job Description Job Summary:

As a Valet Attendant with Elevex Valet Services, you will be the first and last impression for our guests. Your role is to provide prompt, courteous, and professional parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, ensuring an exceptional arrival and departure experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles Open doors, offer assistance, and provide directions or information about the property Maintain a clean and organized valet area Handle keys and vehicles with care and attention to detail Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism Record vehicle information accurately and handle tickets/logs as required Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors Uphold all safety and company standards at all times

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles Strong customer service and communication skills Must be able to stand, run, and walk for extended periods of time Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work in varying weather conditions Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Previous valet, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus Why Join Elevex Valet Services?
