Cart Staff must ensure that the golf carts, the driving range, and other golf departments items are set up according to company standards at all times.

Essential Responsibilities :

Cart Staff Attendant prepares and stocks golf carts for staging and play, manages practice facility presentation, cleans and stores fleet and practice facility equipment at days end and provides a high level of customer service to members and their guests. Must be service oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations. Stages carts for daily play. Prepares carts for guests; stocks and maintains carts before and after each use. Greets members and assists members and guests with the loading of their golf clubs on the cart. Assists with the maintenance of the driving range; picks up range balls and cleans them. Ensures clean and well-organized cart staging and front of clubhouse area. Provides additional support to other areas of the course as needed. Performs additional assignments per the direction of golf management staff.
