Job Description

Join the front line of guest service at Lone Star Valet, where first impressions start with you. As a Valet Attendant, you'll be the welcoming face that sets the tone for the customer experience. You'll greet guests with a smile, assist with parking their vehicles safely and efficiently, and maintain an energetic presence throughout your shift. Whether it's a luxury hotel, restaurant, or event venue, you represent both our brand and the partner location with professionalism and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet customers upon arrival and departure with courtesy and enthusiasm. Safely operate, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in a fast-paced environment. Efficiently run to and from parking areas while maintaining awareness of surroundings. Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at all times. Communicate effectively with fellow attendants and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Handle guests' belongings and vehicles with care and respect. Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk (or run) for the entirety of your shift (8+ hours). Repeatedly enter and exit various types of vehicles, including low-profile and high-clearance models. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally (e.g., moving cones or signage). Must be able to work in physically demanding conditions, including extended periods outdoors.
Work Environment:
This position is 100% outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions. Exposure to heat, cold, rain, and wind should be expected. Shifts will not be canceled due to inclement weather; all team members are expected to report for scheduled shifts regardless of weather.
