Job Description
Greet customers in a courteous and timely manner. Keep service aisles clean and presentable at all times. Bring vehicles safely to service aisle for delivery to customer. Transport customers to and from dealership in service courtesy shuttle as needed and requested by shuttle coordinator. Assist service advisors as needed to move vehicles in and around service area. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe area for employees and customers. Capable of being in all weather conditions and standing for long period of time. Must be bilingual. Must have 3 yrs driving history. Summary As a Porter, you will be essential in providing outstanding customer support and enhancing client services within our organization. Reporting to the Service Manager, your role involves receiving guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Core skills such as effective communication, data entry, and being receptive will be vital in addressing customer needs.
