We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our lot while ensuring exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with customers and staff, manage vehicle movements, and support the overall operations of our lot. Please contact Romo @ 469-996-4233 if your interested in this position Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, ensuring vehicles are properly cleaned out. Assist customers with personal property appointments and provide excellent guest services. Drive vehicles to designated areas within the lot, demonstrating proficiency in both manual transmission and automatic vehicles. Conduct regular inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and condition, reporting any issues to management. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations within the lot environment. Communicate effectively with customers and staff to enhance overall service experience. Requirements Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Ability to handle valuables accurately and efficiently. Proficiency in driving various types of vehicles, including manual transmission. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
