Position Summary:
We are seeking a Porter / Lot Attendant to join our team at our dealership. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the lot while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Park and arrange units on the lot. Keep the lot clean and organized for customers. Assist tagging units as sold. Detail / wash units prior to customer pickup. Support the sales team with vehicle delivery preparations. Complete pre-delivery checklists. Follow and prioritize safety procedures, wear helmet and protective gear.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in preferably in the powersports industry. Knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and powersports operation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary. Ability to lift and carry heavy parts and accessories (up to 50 lbs). Standing or moving for extended periods and working in a retail environment. Motorcycle Endorsement on Driver's License. Bilingual skills are a plus.
