Job Description
Overview Would you like to work at an award winning golf course? Escondido Golf Club in Horseshoe Bay, TX., is looking for teammates to assist our members. This role will have an anticipated start date of September 15, 2026. Our purpose is to exceed the expectations for our Members and their guests by providing excellent customer service consistently. Essential Responsibilities Manage staging area through setup and maintenance of cart fleet, station amenities, and car arrivals Provide greeting services to all Members and guests Ensure spotless presentation of golf cars through careful operation, washing, and detailing services Ensure carts are fully stocked and maintained for play Manage bag room and Member equipment through orderly bag organization, sending out bags in advance of player arrival, enduring clubs are stored clean and in the correct position Assist Golf Professionals with starting of Member play Provide excellent and consistent customer service to Members and guests Proactively look for opportunities to assist Members & guests needs . Anticipate and Offer Operate practice facilities to standard Wear associate uniform provided in its entirety Complete opening and closing procedures of cart barn and practice facility Responsible for daily set up of the 1st TEE Provide on-course service to Members Communicate pertinent information to other departments daily Perform any other duties deemed necessary by a golf professional or golf shop staff. Provide car wash services upon request Provide greeting services to Members and guests upon completion of their round Meet expectations set by the Core Values and the Escondido Credo
