Parking Ambassador TalentSource Solutions Houston, TX Job Details Full-time $13 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications Bilingual Guest relations Outdoor work Inventory management Customer service Guest services Traffic control Cash handling Full Job Description As a Parking Ambassador, you will provide exceptional service to guests and visitors by assisting with the smooth operation of the parking facility. Responsibilities include greeting customers in a friendly manner, providing directions, monitoring entrances and exits, and maintaining a safe environment. You will support the efficient flow of traffic, enforce parking regulations, issue parking tickets as necessary, and assist customers with questions or concerns. Additional duties include keeping the parking area clean and organized, reporting any suspicious activity or maintenance issues, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive experience for all patrons. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and possesses strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions is required. Please note that this job description is not exhaustive. Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
  • Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Drive company vehicles for valet parking services (if applicable)
Skills:
  • Proficiency in cash handling and retail math
  • Experience working in a dealership or automotive environment is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if applicable)
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints or issues
