Overview Now Hiring - Immediate Openings Black Diamond Valet is hiring reliable and professional Valet Drivers for a busy hospital location in Houston, TX. We are looking for motivated individuals who can start right away and provide excellent service to patients and visitors. Job Summary As a Valet Driver, you will be the first point of contact for hospital guests. This role requires professionalism, compassion, and efficiency while safely parking and retrieving vehicles in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service. Safely operate standard passenger vehicles, including manual transmission cars, ensuring proper handling at all times. Park vehicles efficiently in designated areas, maintaining organization and security of the parking lot. Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request, ensuring quick turnaround times. Assist with outdoor work tasks such as heavy lifting of luggage or equipment when needed. Process cash transactions accurately for parking fees or related services, adhering to cashiering and retail math principles. Communicate clearly with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements and address any concerns promptly. Skills Proven experience in guest services and hospitality environments, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Prior dealership or automotive service experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with vehicle operation and handling. Strong driving skills with the ability to operate standard passenger cars confidently, including manual transmissions. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members. Ability to perform outdoor work comfortably in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Capable of heavy lifting and physical activity involved in vehicle handling or assisting guests with luggage. Basic cashiering skills, including processing cash transactions accurately and managing cash handling procedures. Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week
