We provide Valet, Concierge, Security, Cleaning, and other premium hospitality services to some of the most distinguished residential properties we serve. We are looking for reliable, energetic, and professional Valet Parking Attendants who enjoy working with people and delivering a high level of service. As a Valet Attendant, you will work directly with residents, their guests, and property management teams at luxury apartment communities . You are often the first and last impression someone has when entering or leaving the property, so professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail matter. What You'll Do Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Open vehicle doors and assist with luggage or personal belongings when needed. Safely park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles. Issue valet tickets or enter vehicle and customer information into our electronic valet system. Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and accurately document vehicle condition. Record the make, model, location, and other required vehicle information. Retrieve vehicles quickly while maintaining safe driving practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet area. Assist with directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic when necessary. Provide directions and general assistance to residents and guests. Collect valet or parking fees when required. Immediately report vehicle damage, accidents, incidents, or resident concerns to a supervisor or manager. Communicate professionally with residents, guests, property management, supervisors, and fellow team members. Follow all AHG safety procedures, property standards, and traffic laws. What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles, including luxury vehicles. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is strongly preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and attitude. Dependable and punctual. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Able to work well independently and as part of a team. Previous valet, hospitality, hotel, luxury residential, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Physical Requirements This is an active position. Valet attendants must be able to: Walk, jog, and move between the valet stand, parking areas, and guest vehicles throughout the shift. Safely operate vehicles using normal hand-eye and hand-foot coordination. Stand and remain active for extended periods. Occasionally lift and carry luggage or other items weighing up to 50 lbs. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain. Who Does Well in This Role?
