- Truck Parking Position Summary The Lot Attendant is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the truck parking area, ensuring compliance with parking and payment requirements, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for customers and employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Truck Parking Monitoring Enforcement Lot and Grounds Maintenance Safety and Security Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to regularly bend, stoop, reach, and lift. Ability to lift and carry trash bags and cleaning supplies. Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, wet, and other varying weather conditions. Ability to safely navigate a large truck parking area and fueling environment. Work Environment This position is primarily performed outdoors in and around a high-volume truck parking and fueling area. The Lot Attendant will routinely work around commercial trucks, fuel pumps, customers, and other vehicles. The position may require evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday availability based on business needs. Reporting Structure The Lot Attendant reports directly to the Lot Manager or designated member of management and is responsible for promptly communicating parking violations, payment issues, towing needs, safety concerns, and maintenance issues.
