Position Overview Hospitality Health ER is seeking a Valet Driver who is passionate about providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. This role is much more than parking vehicles—it is about making meaningful first impressions, ensuring safe and reliable transportation, and delivering the level of hospitality that sets our organization apart. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, and safety-focused, with a genuine desire to serve others. As one of the first team members our patients and visitors encounter, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they arrive. What You'll Do As a Valet Driver, you'll help create a seamless and welcoming experience by: Greeting every patient, visitor, and guest with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. Providing safe and reliable shuttle transportation for patient and visitor drop-off and pick-up. Parking, relocating, and monitoring vehicles with care and attention to safety. Performing routine vehicle inspections, fueling, and basic maintenance checks before and after each shift. Keeping shuttle vehicles clean, organized, and ready to provide a comfortable experience. Safely transporting laboratory specimens and other materials between facilities while maintaining confidentiality and timeliness. Maintaining accurate mileage, trip, and maintenance records. Assisting with stocking supplies and supporting other operational needs throughout the facility as needed. Reporting vehicle concerns, safety hazards, accidents, or policy violations promptly to leadership. Supporting fellow team members and contributing to a positive, hospitality-driven culture. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Enjoys interacting with people and creating positive first impressions. Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service. Prioritizes safety while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Communicates clearly and respectfully with patients, visitors, and teammates. Is adaptable, dependable, and willing to assist wherever needed. Takes pride in representing Hospitality Health ER with excellence. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. High school diploma or GED required. Successfully pass a background check. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts as needed. Ability to safely operate vehicles while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
