This role supports the sales department by ensuring vehicles are properly parked, presentable, and ready for customer test drives. You will also be responsible for checking in new/used cars as they get delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
Park and arrange vehicles on the lot according to dealership display standards Maintain lot cleanliness by removing debris and keeping walkways clear Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles as needed Assist with new car deliveries, ensuring vehicles are clean and fueled Monitor vehicle inventory for damage or issues and report concerns Assist with snow removal on vehicles or weather-related lot upkeep (if applicable) Install dealer plates and assist with dealer trades or vehicle transportation Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers on-site Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous automotive experience is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods Comfortable working in outdoor environments for extended periods
