The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot, assisting with vehicle management, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills. Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide assistance as needed. Manage the parking of vehicles, ensuring efficient use of space and adherence to safety protocols. Drive vehicles on the lot, including manual transmission vehicles, while ensuring they are handled with care. Maintain cleanliness of the lot, including removing debris and organizing vehicles for optimal presentation. Assist with vehicle deliveries and pickups as required, demonstrating attention to detail. Provide support to sales staff by preparing vehicles for display and test drives. Skills Strong guest services and hospitality orientation to enhance customer satisfaction. Excellent driving skills, including experience with manual transmission vehicles. Proven customer service experience, ideally within a dealership or retail environment. Effective communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Experience as a delivery driver is a plus, showcasing reliability and responsibility.
