Various shifts, including day/evening and occasional weekends Job Summary The Valet Attendant provides professional vehicle parking and retrieval services for patients and visitors while delivering exceptional customer service in a high-energy environment. The role also includes maintaining parking areas and ensuring they remain clean and ready for patients and visitors. Key Responsibilities Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently. Provide friendly, professional customer service to patients and visitors. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Maintain and clean parking areas as needed. Follow established procedures, guidelines, and safety requirements. Work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities. Communicate clearly with customers and team members. Handle frequent customer interactions in a fast-paced environment. Adapt to changing weather conditions and busy periods. Work day and evening rotations as required. Support weekend coverage for special events when needed. Required Qualifications Valid, unrestricted Virginia driver's license with a neutral or positive driving record. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles . Ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to read and write. Ability to work independently and follow established guidelines and instructions. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous professional driving experience. Previous experience using a computer for inquiries and accurate data entry. High school diploma or equivalent. Second-language skills. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift less than 20 lbs. Prolonged standing and sitting. Frequent walking. Reaching, including overhead and repetitive reaching. Ability to climb steps, ladders, or similar areas as required. Frequent entering and exiting of vehicles. Fast-paced and sometimes noisy work environment. Frequent and intense customer interactions. Ability to adapt to changing weather conditions.
Schedule Available openings include:
5:00 AM
  • 1:30 PM 9:00 AM
  • 5:30 PM 7:00 AM
  • 3:30
PM Breaks:
30-minute lunch and 15-minute break.
Reporting:
Valet Attendant will report to the on-site supervisor.

Pay:
$15.00
