Job Description
Automotive Lot Porter / Sales Associate We are looking for a motivated, dependable individual who wants to learn and grow in the automotive business. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is willing to work hard, take initiative, and learn different areas of the dealership. You'll start by assisting with our vehicles and day-to-day lot operations while learning the business from the ground up. As you gain experience, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, including assisting customers and learning automotive sales. Starting Responsibilities Pick up and drop off vehicles at mechanics, repair facilities, detail shops, and other locations Pick up automotive parts and supplies as needed Organize and maintain the vehicle lot Move vehicles and ensure inventory is properly positioned Help keep vehicles presentable and ready for customers Assist with vehicle intake and inventory Help with miscellaneous dealership and lot needs Assist the sales team as needed Learn the vehicle sales process and gradually begin assisting customers What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and a good driving record Dependable and punctual Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Willingness to learn Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks Interest in cars and/or the automotive industry is a plus Previous automotive experience is not required Opportunity for Growth We are not just looking for someone to move cars—we are looking for someone who wants to learn the car business.
