Job Description

Outside Operations / Bag Room Attendant Vermont National Country Club is seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Golf Operations team as an Outside Operations / Bag Room Attendant . This position plays an essential role in delivering an exceptional golf experience by providing outstanding service to our members and guests. This position is a part-time seasonal role that will end in October as the season some to a close. Looking for those available mornings, afternoons, weekends. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in providing first-class service, and have a passion for golf, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude. Assist with loading and unloading golf bags from vehicles and golf carts. Clean and stage golf carts for daily play. Wash and store members' golf clubs. Maintain the driving range by picking, washing, and restocking range balls. Keep the bag room, cart barn, practice facilities, and surrounding areas clean and organized. Assist with tournament and event setup, including signage, carts, scoreboards, and practice facilities. Monitor and maintain practice areas throughout the day. Provide excellent customer service while anticipating members' needs. Perform additional golf operations duties as assigned. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and dependable. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry golf bags weighing up to 50 pounds. Weekend, holiday, and early morning availability is required.
