Service Porter Responsibilities Greet and assist service customers in a friendly and professional manner. Safely move vehicles to and from the service area, parking lot, or delivery area. Wash and vacuum vehicles after service completion. Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, customer lounge, and porter areas. Help service advisors and technicians as needed with vehicle organization and transport. Monitor and maintain inventory of courtesy vehicles and assist with shuttle service as needed.
