What you will have an opportunity to do: Valet/Garage Attendant Position Summary The Valet/Garage Attendant provides exceptional customer service by assisting residents, guests, and visitors with vehicle parking, retrieval, and garage operations. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, organized, and secure parking environment while ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all individuals entering the property. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet guests, and visitors in a friendly, professional manner. Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently. Assist guests with loading and unloading personal belongings as needed. Monitor garage and parking areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization. Direct traffic flow and assist with parking during special events, move-ins, and move-outs. Conduct routine inspections of parking areas and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns. Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys, valet tickets, and parking assignments. Follow all company policies related to vehicle handling, safety, and security. Respond promptly to resident and guest requests while providing excellent customer service. Assist with package delivery, luggage handling, or other hospitality-related duties as assigned.
