Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive passengers to their destinations in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other items as needed
- Communicate with dispatch or supervisor regarding any issues or concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience as a shuttle driver, van driver, bus driver, or school bus driver is preferred
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Familiarity with local roads and routes
- Ability to handle heavy lifting when assisting passengers with luggage or other items
Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
