As a Shuttle Driver / Guest Experience Ambassador , you are the first smile guests see when they arrive—and the last impression they leave with . You'll play a key role in creating a seamless, welcoming, and memorable experience for travelers visiting Gulf Shores. What Makes This Role Unique You're more than a driver—you're a hospitality ambassador You interact with guests from across multiple properties You help shape the entire guest journey , not just transportation You get to work in a fast-paced, high-energy coastal environment What You'll Do Provide Safe & Reliable Transportation Transport guests between airports and participating hotels safely and efficiently Monitor flight schedules and adjust pickup times as needed Ensure timely arrivals and departures while maintaining a smooth guest experience Assist guests with luggage and boarding Create Memorable Guest Experiences Greet every guest with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude Share local recommendations—restaurants, attractions, beaches, and events Provide helpful tips, insight, and even fun facts about Gulf Shores Maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming shuttle environment Own the Details Track trips and schedules using company systems Communicate proactively with hotel leadership regarding delays or issues Keep accurate trip records and maintain operational accountability Maintain Vehicle Standards Perform daily inspections and ensure vehicle is safe to operate Keep the shuttle clean, fueled, and guest-ready at all times Report maintenance concerns immediately and follow safety protocols Support Hotel Operations When not driving, you'll also: Assist the front desk during busy periods Help maintain lobby and guest areas Restock market or guest amenities Support overall hotel operations as needed What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality Ability to work independently and stay organized Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (luggage) What Sets You Apart You enjoy talking to people and making guests feel at home You stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly You take ownership of your role and do the job right You represent the brand with professionalism at all times What the Job Is Really Like Fast-paced and schedule-driven based on flights and guest needs Constant interaction with guests and team members Working both on the road and on property Every day is different—no routine shifts Why Join A&R Hospitality Be part of a team that values people, culture, and service Work in Gulf Shores—where others vacation Gain experience across multiple aspects of hotel operations Opportunity to grow within the company Additional Information A&R Hospitality provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants in accordance with applicable laws.
