Compensation & Stability:

Total earnings potential up to $70,000 annually (commissions + tips+monthly bonus) $4,000/month guarantee for the first 180 days to ensure steady income during ramp-up All tips and platform commissions stay 100% yours on top of base/guarantee

Retention Bonuses:

$1,500 paid after 6 months of active service + another $1,500 after 12 months (for drivers maintaining full availability, clean record, and strong performance).
