  • Plan and lead activities, events, games, and programs that encourage participation and bring joy to residents. Build Personal Connections
  • Learn residents' stories, interests, and hobbies to create experiences that feel meaningful and personal. Plan Outings & Adventures
  • Organize trips and excursions that keep residents connected to the greater community. Provide Safe Transportation
  • Drive residents to outings and appointments using community vehicles. Share the Fun
  • Use social media and internal platforms to highlight activities and special moments within the community. Support Your Team
  • Jump in where needed and work together to create a welcoming, positive environment.
What We're Looking For A positive, energetic personality and passion for working with seniors. Creativity and enthusiasm for planning fun and meaningful experiences. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Comfortable driving a passenger van and safely transporting residents. Must be at least 21 years old .
