Safety-focused, respectful, and performance-driven Essential Duties and Responsibilities Guest Transportation & Service Safely transport guests to and from John Wayne Airport and the dealership. Provide courteous, professional assistance to passengers entering and exiting the vehicle. Vehicle Operation & Safety Operate shuttle vehicles in full compliance with all applicable traffic laws, California Vehicle Code, and company safety policies. Maintain constant awareness of surroundings to ensure the safety of passengers, pedestrians, and other drivers. Vehicle Inspection & Maintenance Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition, including brakes, lights, tires, mirrors, and safety equipment. Cleanliness & Presentation Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the shuttle, including interior and exterior appearance. Ensure the vehicle environment is safe, orderly, and free of hazards. Operational Support Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining flexibility to meet operational needs. Coordinate with dealership staff to ensure efficient guest transportation. Requirements Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement (P). Driving Assignments Only Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to safely operate automatic vehicles (manual transmission preferred but not required) Driving duties are assigned based on role level and operational needs General Qualifications Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to perform repetitive motions associated with vehicle movement and lot duties Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position, in accordance with applicable law.
