Responsibilities Safely operate your own cargo van to pick up and deliver packages along assigned routes Load and unload shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and route logs throughout each shift Maintain vehicle safety standards through regular inspections and adherence to traffic laws Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to confirm delivery details and resolve issues promptly Manage heavy lifting tasks safely during loading and unloading processes Follow all safety protocols related to driving, moving cargo, and handling equipment like manual transmission vehicles Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with route driving expertise Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients during deliveries Warehouse experience or familiarity with loading/unloading procedures Ability to operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks with manual transmissions Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques, moving supplies, and handling equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks (nice-to-have) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; driver certification preferred Excellent driving skills with experience in commercial driving environments Embark on a rewarding journey where your driving skills meet exceptional service!
