Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Airport Shuttle Driver / Houseman, where your driving skills and customer service expertise will shine! In this role, you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests and ensuring their safe transportation to and from the airport. You'll also assist with various housekeeping tasks, contributing to a clean and inviting environment for all visitors. What you'll do Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport guests to and from the airport, ensuring timely arrivals and departures. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting passengers with their luggage and addressing any inquiries they may have. Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability of shuttle operations. Assist with housekeeping duties, including cleaning common areas, guest rooms, and maintaining overall property appearance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate shuttle schedules and optimize guest experiences. Maintain accurate records of shuttle trips, passenger counts, and any incidents that may occur during transport. Uphold safety standards while driving, including adherence to traffic laws and regulations. Basic qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance tasks. Have a valid Driver's license. Preferred qualifications Experience in paratransit or motor coach driving is a plus. Previous roles as a delivery driver or in customer service will enhance your application. Familiarity with limousine or school bus driving is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with guests and team members.
