Duties Safely operate various vehicles including shuttle buses, delivery trucks, school buses, limousines, and paratransit vehicles to transport passengers or goods. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing inquiries professionally. Deliver goods efficiently across designated routes while adhering to schedules and traffic regulations. Assist with heavy lifting tasks when loading or unloading cargo or equipment. Maintain accurate logs of trips, deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and safety checks. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience as a driver in roles such as delivery driver, bus driver, shuttle driver, or limousine chauffeur. Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., commercial driver's license or driver license). Strong driving skills with a clean driving record; experience with heavy lifting is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with passengers and team members. Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and basic repairs when necessary. Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and route planning.
