In this role, you will provide exceptional transportation services, ensuring our passengers experience comfort, safety, and punctuality at all times. Your experience in handling high-end vehicles and delivering outstanding customer service will be essential. This part-time role offers a great opportunity to grow with a new business based in Miami, Florida. Responsibilities Safely operate luxury SUVs and passenger vehicles on local driving routes, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and state transportation laws. Provide personalized transportation services for clients, ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and timely experience from pick-up to drop-off. Maintain the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition of the vehicle to uphold high standards of presentation and safety. Communicate effectively with passengers to understand their needs, confirm schedules, and provide updates as necessary. Assist with loading and unloading luggage or personal items, demonstrating manual handling skills when required. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns. Follow all company policies regarding client confidentiality, safety protocols, and vehicle operation procedures. Skills Proven experience as a courier or chauffeur with a focus on passenger comfort and safety. Familiar with iPhone technology and GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning and real-time traffic updates. Experience operating various passenger vehicles including vans, limousines, shuttle buses, or medical transportation vehicles. Strong knowledge of local driving routes, traffic regulations, and state transportation laws. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to identify issues early and ensure optimal vehicle performance. Requirements Associate degree from accredited university (minimum level of education) Reliable means of transportation to company vehicle iPhone user Ability to lift up to 50lbs Schedule Thur, Fri, Sat 9PM
