Job Description

The Shuttle Driver (Overnight Shift) is responsible for providing overnight guest services including luggage assistance, guest transportation, and lobby area security. This role supports a smooth and secure overnight operation while delivering professional and courteous service to late-arriving and early departing guests.
WORK HOURS
Overnight shifts; includes weekends and holidays.
Job Duties:
Welcome late-night arrivals and assist early-morning departures with luggage, transportation, and guest support. Escort guests as needed and provide hotel and local area information to ensure a positive guest experience. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the lobby, bell areas, parking facilities, and hotel vehicles. Conduct vehicle inspections, log vehicle and parking information accurately, and report any damage or maintenance needs promptly. Patrol parking areas, monitor for safety hazards or suspicious activity, and support emergency and evacuation procedures as needed. Collaborate with the Night Audit and Front Desk teams to assist with guest inquiries, check-ins, and overnight operations while upholding hotel policies and professional standards. Among others.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous driving, bell service, or guest service experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred Valid state driver's license with clean driving record Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (if required)
