In this fast-paced role, you will operate specialized vehicles equipped with camera rigs to capture high-quality footage for various productions. Your expertise in driving, vehicle maintenance, and safety protocols will ensure smooth, efficient shoots while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled drivers who thrive in energetic environments and are passionate about supporting creative projects through expert vehicle operation. Duties Safely operate camera cars and tow trucks to transport filming equipment and crew across diverse locations Conduct routine automotive diagnostics and minor mechanical repairs to keep vehicles in optimal condition Ensure cargo is loaded, secured, and unloaded following cargo securement protocols to prevent damage or accidents Perform vehicle troubleshooting, mechanical inspections, and basic repairs to minimize downtime during shoots Maintain compliance with commercial driving regulations, including flatbed and manual transmission operation Assist with vehicle recovery towing and car towing tasks when necessary, ensuring safe vehicle recovery procedures Manage conflict situations professionally, addressing any on-road issues or logistical challenges promptly and effectively Qualifications Proven experience in commercial truck driving, automotive diagnostics, and automotive repair Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform minor mechanical repairs and basic troubleshooting Skilled in cargo securement protocols, vehicle loading onto tow trucks, and safe vehicle operation Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with flatbed trucks and manual transmissions preferred Excellent customer service skills for interacting professionally with crew members and production staff Ability to manage conflict calmly and efficiently under pressure during on-road or logistical challenges Knowledge of vehicle mechanics relevant to truck drivers and car towing operations is highly desirable Join us as a Camera Car Driver to support creative storytelling through expert vehicle operation!
