We are currently seeking a Full-Time Service Shuttle Driver to join our Peoria team. What We Offer Competitive starting wage Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts Growth opportunities within our 13 dealerships Stable, family-owned company culture Essential Duties & Responsibilities Shuttle customers to and from the dealership after dropping off their vehicles for service Safely transport vehicles between our locations in Peoria, Morton, Bloomington, and Champaign Assist the service department with vehicle movement and lot organization Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to company standards Operate buffers, vacuums, hoses, steamers, and other detailing equipment Apply cleaning, protective, and restorative products to maintain vehicle appearance Keep service drive entrances, walkways, and customer areas clean and clear of debris, ice, and snow Help maintain landscaping areas free of debris, weeds, and trash Support the service team and management with additional duties as assigned Requirements Valid Illinois driver's license Clean driving record No driving restrictions Must be insurable under company policy Ability to safely enter and exit a wide variety of vehicles Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Qualifications Friendly and professional attitude Strong customer service skills Dependable with excellent attendance Willingness to take initiative and assist across departments Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask, follow direction, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset Professional and well-groomed appearance We strive to create a dynamic work environment where people enjoy coming to work and building long-term careers.
